Intensive Support Services

Individual Service Plans are created and monitored to services, such as individual skill building, individual and family counseling, mentoring, pro-social activities, connection to community resources, and assistance in obtaining employment. We also offer evidence-based groups on topics including healthy decision making, life skills, anger management, and gender-specific groups.
